Board Leadership Forum

Join Berkshire Taconic Community Foundation, Northwest Connecticut Community Foundation and the Foundation for Community Health for the region's first and only daylong training and networking opportunity exclusively for nonprofit board members and executive directors.

The 2018 Board Leadership Forum will feature an engaging and inspiring morning keynote presentation, opportunities to network with like-minded nonprofit leaders from across the region, and nine workshops presented by leading experts on the latest trends in the field. Workshop content is organized into the following three learning tracks:

• Governance: Expand your knowledge of best practices and build your leadership toolkit to create a more effective, engaged and informed board for your nonprofit.
• Managing Organizational Change: Learn to make strategic decisions in order to stay nimble in handling the ever-changing nonprofit environment.
• Fundraising: Develop a deeper understanding of the board’s role in fundraising and how you as a board member can fully engage in building crucial donor relationships.
